TV Srinivasan is an executive coach with more than 30 years of experience from the electronics industry. He has worked and lived in South-East Asia for most of his working life, specifically in Singapore, Hong Kong and Singapore, but also has experience from India and the United States.
TV currently lives in Bangalore, India, where he coaches clients in a wide number of different industries.
Devyani is a consultant with a focus on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and knowledge management (KM). She is a member of the American Evaluation Association. Devyani has over 6 years’ experience in the development and social enterprise sectors, and is a board member of the Covenant Centre for Development. She has recently been engaged as a KM Specialist by the International Fund for Agricultural Development in Kenya and Afghanistan, and by Virtue Ventures in India, and by Villgro, Villgro Store and Catalyst Management Services as an M&E Specialist in India. Her experience in practitioner organizations makes her sensitive to the organizational and implementation challenges of such organizations. Her last full-time position was as Team Leader of the KM Program at Villgro. She possesses a B.A. from Wesleyan University in the U.S., and a M.Sc.Pl. from the University of Toronto in Canada..
Patrik Oskarsson is a Swedish citizen who has been living in India on and off since 2003. He has recently (2010) completed a PhD from the School of International Development, University of East Anglia, UK. Patrik also has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linkoping University, Sweden.
Patrik is an expert in the political and social impact of industrialisation in India. His PhD thesis examined a bauxite mining project proposed in the tribal areas of northern Andhra Pradesh (see www.zweland.net for more details about the thesis).
